Injector consists of a hydraulically rotated shaft attached through the brackets to the tank frame. Four arms join the shaft with the expanding frame, on which disc blades with coulters and discharge hoses are mounted. Sprung, self-aligning housings of the disc blades can be moved along the frame as well as upward and downward. A distributor with ball valves is placed on the tanker's discharge connection pipe allowing dose control.
Through the turning shaft, hydraulic cylinders are lifting the injector or lowering it, pushing the disc blades into soil. Liquid manure flows from the distributor through the hoses into the grooves, made by cultivator points. During transport, the frame endings can be folded back.
NOTE: Spilling with the spreading spoon is possible after dismounting injector frame together with the disc blades.
Soil-applied, inter-row fertilization with homogenized liquid manure to the depth of 150 mm onto following crops:
- corn in the growth sprout till the 8th leaf
- strawberries, vegetables, etc.
- other row crops
Corn crops injector with five disc blades is designed to be mounted on tankers with 1500 mm wheel track.
Injector with four or six coulters should be mounted on tankers with 2200 mm wheel track.
